Matthew holds a Master of Marketing degree from Swinburne, Diploma of Management from Swinburne, Certificate IV in Small Business Management from RMIT, and Certificate III in Information Technology from MSC.

Career Origins

Matthew’s started his career in small business. The first business he launched was a graphic and website design agency providing creative design services to other small businesses. “Working with small business gave me the opportunity to see the importance of fundamentals in business, whether large or small”

Corporate Sector

Matthew spent a period in the corporate sector at National Australia Bank (NAB) as a business analyst where he was responsible for developing processes that improved operational efficiency. “I greatly enjoyed my time in the corporate sector particularly in financial services. In such large organisations, collaboration truly is the key to success in any project”


Matthew considers volunteering to be an important way to give back to the communinity. He was a member of the committee of management for the Bentons Square Community Centre and also a volunteer at Swinburne University.

Matthew has passion for marketing and innovation – demonstrated in the track record of his career to date, as well as the business philosophy of Marketing Masters. “Innovation and marketing are both at the heart of what drives a business forward. Championing innovation within a company is considerably challenging and immensely rewarding – it’s something I relish being a part of”

Outside of Work

Matthew is a drummer/singer with a love for classic rock & roll music. His other interests include travel, good food and learning about history.
